We learn to abase and abound with little or with much. We can be grateful for what we have and thankful for abundance. The ebs and flows of life allow us to understand how to be content and when it’s okay to indulge in enjoying the fruits of our labor. In this instance, when we can again abase and abound, there are times when character is forged in learning to do-it-yourself in abasing, or abound when you can afford to buy the luxury, having it done, or made for you.

In these neaths of summer with lots of friendly fun, we can enjoy a little bit of both. It is a time where we will want to get out in nature and enjoy the outdoors. Quiet time. Learning how to begin again, start from where to left off, refocusing your energy, and going back to the basics…even if it means by the book, means that you need to learn how and when to quiet yourself and the distractions around you.  How do you do this? It starts with the mind.  Learn to isolate the noise or remove yourself from the situation, if necessary, in order to rebalance your footing and refocus your inner knowing, voice, being.  This is where you will discover your next steps, your path, and your purpose for the journey of life.

Any form of mediation is key to regaining knowledge and understanding. Making time and having the ability to reflect on your day-to-day interactions, growth, and/or setbacks enables space for you to be able to make intelligent decisions on resolving problems, moving forward, and anticipating potential challenges in which you will learn either to navigate or overcome.  Meditation is important for not only daily reflections but when making major decisions.  The scripture comes to mind, “God is not the author of confusion.” 1 Cor 14:33

It is important when you start felling this way to understand that others have gone through similar circumstances and you’re never alone. “God did not give you a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind.” 2 Tim 1:7

With this in mind understanding this with your revelation can give you the encouragement needed to meditate for clarity and direction, then move forward accordingly in your own power, with love and compassion for yourself and humanity in soundness of mind.  How do you do this when everything around you seems to be going wrong?  By believing in yourself and knowing that the creator has your back.

This is sometimes what is interpreted and wisdom being better than silver and gold.  While silver and gold can’t always buy you peace, wisdom can give you clarity, understanding, stability, direction, soundness of mind, and momentum.

It can give you health, strength, insight, into a situation and help you avoid pitfalls or mistakes. “In all your getting, get understanding.” Prov 4: 5-9

Spiritual awareness is more than just a journey, it’s a lifestyle. Choosing to let go of what no longer serves your best interests or potential in life is your responsibility. Knowing what you want, charting your course, aligning your values and goals, and then taking steps to achieve those goals is a start to becoming holistic on your journey to a fulfilling and meaningful life/lifestyle. Balancing life’s priorities and personal obligations is not always easy.

However, establishing this discipline in life, in the long run, proves to be worthwhile. As you begin to build longevity, health, endurance, motivation, and the stamina to keep growing and contributing positive energy into the world, you will realize holding on to negative patterns, habits or lifestyles as non-edifying and meaningless. Don’t let anything hinder you from moving forward with your goals, dreams, or destiny even if it means you have to encourage yourself.

Belief in yourself, who you are, where you want to be, and grow into that person you were always meant to be. Spiritual awareness is not only about just knowing yourself but understanding your divine sovereignty and ability to overcome with the help and grace of the Creator.

Remember the obstacles as a journey in which you are in between blessings as you consciously chart your path. Utilize resources when needed to help you along the way and carefully consider opportunities when they arrive that elevate your spiritual and psychological growth, health, well-being, personal and professional relationships.

If you need encouragement along your journey, sometimes practicing personal self-care routines play a big part in keeping your energy light, enhancing your mood, and overall quality of life.

Health and well-being thrive through spiritual awareness and eco-friendly choices. Prioritizing self-care revitalizes your energy, promotes a toxin-free lifestyle, and fosters a deeper connection with the Divine and nature while supporting the environment.

Be encouraged. No matter what is going on, it will be alright if you stay strong. It is only a test of your faith.

What does spirituality mean to you? Join the conversation.

Spirituality is based on inverse cognizant awareness and inner knowing in terms of the wisdom.  Knowing where other people are concerning their capacity for spiritual awareness, their gifts, and your alignment with the universe is vital for growth.

As you differentiate your path from gifts of others without concentrating on negative energy,  you understand how unique you  are as a person.  You will respect your spirituality as a divine gift to the universe.  Only then will you understand that you alone serve an individual purpose for a time and space in this world!
